Verb Brands, a 40-strong, performance digital agency that specialises in helping luxury brands develop their online strategy across the fashion, hospitality and lifestyle sectors, was formed at university by the founder Chris Donnelly. He partnered up with Warren Moore and Ben himself to strengthen the leadership team. The goal was simple: to create the most recognised luxury digital agency in Europe. Verb creates concepts and implements bespoke strategies that allow luxury brands to grow across all channels including web design, eCommerce, mobile applications SEO, PPC, social media and influencer marketing.

Ben joined the business in 2014 in the early days when there were only five team members. Firstly, in account management, then as Head of Account Management. Now, Ben is the Commercial Director and becoming a full equity partner. Ben's position now sits between the commercial team and the digital marketing team, and works day-to-day with Verb's clients, while mentoring the team to achieve the best results possible.

Clara joined the business in 2016 to run the Marketing, and works alongside the Director Chris. Clara has led the transformation of Verb from a small agency relying on referrals and word of mouth to an agency that is appearing as "The Agency for Luxury Brands". Through an event led, networking strategy, Verb, under Clara's guidance, has launched Trend; London's leading luxury marketing event among other lead acquisition events.

Together, Ben and Clara will host a workshop where they share their experience of taking brands from stardust to stardom via a strong branding story, supported by a cohesive online brand message and digital marketing strategy.
